ii). Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
iii). Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
iv). Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
v). Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers.
vi). Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
vii). Have the ability to work in pressurized situation.
viii). Able to fulfill or achieve the set target or any challenging task by management.
ix). Frequent outdoor visit to corporate customer is a mandatory task.
x). Need to maintain greetings, smile and thanks (GST) to the interacting customers.
xi). Must be fluent in writing and verbal English.
xii). Should have good interpersonal skill.
xii). Must have ideas and ability to Perform recovery of existing individuals and
Corporate customer’s due bill.
