Selling reason upgrade. The processor is relidded with LM and can be pushed to all core 4.7Ghz assuming you have noctua or corsair aio level cooler and a powerful psu. Max avg cpu temp under 30mins aida64 with avx load is early 60's with room ambient around 23 degree celsius. During summer the the same test gave avg cpu temp to high 70's to early 80 degree celsius.
Official warranty for the rams still available. motherboard warranty over Oct 2024. Cpu bought during 2019 and warranty over during covid.
All my components cost me originally 65k plus and to match the raw performance of these components from recent market you would need to buy 12gen i5 system and it will cost you 50k or more if you plan to have OC capabilities.
