What to do if iMac stuck on the Apple logo?
Disconnect the power supply and give time to iMac for the cool down.
Press and hold the power button without connecting the power supply for 10 sec.
Now connect the power supply and try turning on.
If iMac is still stuck on the apple logo try to reset the NVRAM/PRAM by pressing and holding the Command + Option+ P+R buttons on a keyboard as soon as you press the power button for turn on. you should keep holding the keys until your iMac makes three chimes.
If resetting NVRAM still not working try booting iMac on Safe mode by holding the shift button on the keyboard while turning on. don’t lose your hope this may take several minutes.
