Job Purpose:
To aid BDM team to bring new members and achieve revenue targets
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Be responsible for bringing new customers/members onboard Bikroy platform in a designated area/territory
● Conduct daily market visits to new, existing and potential clients to brief on Bikroy services, membership benefits and onboard new members
● Drive revenue targets to achieve company’s revenue goals and new business expansion
● Complete visit targets as per designated route plan, including cold call/cold visit
● Job location/posting can be nationwide
Educational Requirement:
Minimum graduate from any discipline
Experience Required:
At least 1-3 years in FMCG or similar field sales experience preferred
Required skills:
● Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
● Basic computer skills, and experience in Google Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office applications
