লালমাটিয়ায় আকর্ষণীয় লোকেশন বাসা

আমাদের বাসা দোতলায়, লালমাটিয়া গার্লস স্কুল এন্ড কলেজ এর মোড়ে। বাসার খুব কাছেই ইংলিশ মিডিয়াম স্কুল অ্যাকাডেমিয়া এবং লালমাটিয়ার বিখ্যাত বিবি মসজিদ অবস্থিত (উভয়ই ১০ মিনিটের হাঁটা দূরত্ব) । ডি ব্লক মাঠও ৫ মিনিটের হাঁটা দূরত্ব।

উত্তরমুখী এই বাসায় দক্ষিণ দিক থেকেও প্রায় সারা দিন প্রচুর আলো বাতাস থাকে। আমরা ২০২৫ সাল এর জানুয়ারি মাস থেকে থেকে বাসা ভাড়া দিব। ১ মাস আগে বা পরেও ও ভাড়া দেয়া হতে পারে সম্মানিত ভাড়াটিয়ার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী। বাসা ভাড়া ৪২,০০০ টাকা। কোন আলাদা গ্যারেজ ভাড়া দিতে হবে না। সার্ভিস চার্জ ৬,৫০০ টাকা। পানির বিল সার্ভিস চার্জের মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত। তবে বিদ্যুত বিল এবং গ্যাসের বিল অন্য যেকোন বাসা ভাড়ার মত ভাড়াটিয়াকে নিজের ব্যবহার অনুযায়ী বহন করতে হবে। গ্যাসের লাইন এবং মিটার আছে। কাজেই গ্যাসের সিলিন্ডার কিনতে হবে না।

Our apartment/ flat is on the second floor. The building is at the corner of Lalmatia Girls School and College. English Medium School Academy and the famous Bibi Masjid of Lalmatia are located very close to the house (both within 10 minutes walking distance). D block ground is also 5 minutes walking distance.

We have three security guards who are stationed in the main door/ garage full time. Service charges are separate (currently BDT 6500, to be paid by the tenant, it includes the water bill). The monthly electricity bill and the gas bill are to be paid by the tenant as well. We have a meter for gas but we have direct gas line, so no cylinder is required. Car Garage is free.

In this north-facing house, there is plenty of light and air from the south side almost throughout the day. We will rent the house from January 2025 (1 month earlier or later and can be rented as per the requirement of the respected tenant). The house will be rented without any furniture.
