Land in Bashundhara N Block - 0.66 Katha

We bought a 6 Katah land at Bashundhara N Bolck in partnership. Most of the members are defense personnel. We divided land into 18 shares considering G+9 Foloors plan. At present there are 13 members. The land is ready for building construction. We planned to have around 1400 Sqr ft floor for each unites. I have 2 shares among the 18 shares totaling 1.1 decimal (0.66 Katha). Mutations and name transfer in Bashundhara are done in our names.
