In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients based in the USA over the phone. So, fluent in verbal and written English is a must.
Outbound and Inbound Calls:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to present our products/services and explain their benefits. Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to potential clients. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools or other designated systems.
Skills Required:
• Telecommunication/Cold Calling/Telemarketing.
• CRM Management.
• Maintaining Spreadsheet and Office suit.
• Have to cope up under pressure as individual or as a team member.
