STEPS AFTER LISTING PURCHASE
You will receive after purchase the shipping details and order form that needs to be filled up. This order will need to be included with the device when you ship it to us.
Securely package your device (without the AC adapter) and make sure that it will be secured from dents and drops during transit.
Ship the item to us using your preferred carrier Make sure to insure the package as well. Please also send us the tracking number through eBay for the package so that we can follow up on its delivery.
Upon its arrival, we will run diagnostics on your device and will perform the necessary repairs. If there are any problems, we will contact you before taking action. Once the repairs are completed, we will stress test your device using diagnostics tools. We will test and retest your device to ensure that there will be no further problems.
We will then package and ship the item back safely to you. Return shipping on us! We use either USPS or FEDEX. If you require a specific service that may be an extra cost to you. We ship internationally (please Contact US for shipping fees)

Any repairs that we do on your device will void manufacturer warranty.
If your device is un-repairable your will receive a refund minus the shipping back fee.

All the repairs have a 90-days limited warranty.
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling by the buyer will not be covered under warranty.
