Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligning with company objectives.
2. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, and advertisements.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitive landscape, and use insights to improve campaign performance.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches, promotional events, and sales initiatives.
5. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and reporting, using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights.
6. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization of campaign ROI.
7. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns and marketing initiatives.
8. Plan and execute events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities to support business growth.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1 year of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding 3. of digital marketing and social media.
3. Familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to 4. create compelling content and presentations.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
6. Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
