We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and mission-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing awareness about early intervention services, strengthening our brand presence and building meaningful connections with families, schools, healthcare professionals and the community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals Manage social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, analytics) Design promotional materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters)
Coordinate awareness campaigns, workshops, and community outreach events Build partnerships with schools, pediatricians, therapists, and community organizations by visiting physically Monitor market trends and competitor activities Oversee digital marketing initiatives
Track and report on marketing performance metrics Support admissions and parent communication initiatives Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, education, or social services
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Bangla preferred)
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in community engagement or awareness campaigns
Understanding of autism, neurodiversity, or early childhood services
Photography/videography and content storytelling skills
