Requirements:
Education
- Graduation / Post-graduation from a reputed university
Experience
- - Minimum 3 years experience at Assistant Manager level
- Total 10+ years experience in Merchandising & Marketing preferred
- - Strong merchandising and marketing capacity to meet the target of the company at least 1.5 million USD per month for the newly set up factory .
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills with production team and buyers to execute the orders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
-Responsibilities & Context
- Independently handling experience of local & international knit & woven buyers from inquiry to shipment
- - Will have to be an experience in product development based on buyer demand, market trend, and instant costing ability of all kind of knit, jacket and woven items
- will have to ensure all approvals from buyer to meet the estimated shipment date
- Will have to be the – Working capacity closely with production team, sample dept, QC dept and with commercial dept to ensure shipment & LC, or payment receiving assurance from the customer.
---Should have best knowledge about the CM of all products compare to the current salary structure of the factory and other establishment expenditure of the company
- will have to ensure correct price margins on accepted orders for profitability
- Supervise Merchandising, Technical, and PPC team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Will have to meet the marketing target at least 1.5 Million USD per month and will have to update management on weekly basis of your advancement.
Will have to be the experience and capacity of marketing for the NON compliance factory, or having only BSCI or SEDEX approved factory of for the newly set up factory of knit and woven.
Benefits :
- No personal car facilities will be offered
Conveyance bill will be paid on regular basis
Mobile bill will be paid as per company policy
Provision period will be three months and within these three months you nay terminated at anytime without notice.
