Responsibilities & Context
Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit.
Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work Preparation issues.
Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance etc.
To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
Maintain compliance as per compliance guidelines and company policy;
Take care of workers.
Maintaining and updating all the documents time to time. Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages and allowances.
To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
To maintain management guidelines by updating and recommending human resource & administrative policies and procedures.
To maintain administrative & human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Motivate, Counsel Workers & staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
Must have computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel with English & Bangla good Typing Speed, Email, Internet etc.
Graduate/Masters can apply
Working Experience from Garments Industry are preferable.
