• Have to assist higher management (Managing Director, CEO, and Head of HR) as per requirement.
• Must have good communication skills (Spoken & Written) in both Bengali & English.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
• Prepare drafts of various official letters, emails, etc.
• Arrange official appointments and meetings.
• Update all related HR policies including employee service book in the HR database.
• Maintain personnel files of all employees.
• Supervise employee Attendance and Leave Management.
• Looking after Safety and Security Matter.
• Any task assigned by the management.
• Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
• 1 - 3 years in similar field.
• Age 25 to 30 years.
• Male and Females are allowed to apply.
• Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Communication skills, Computer literacy.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HR, Office Management.
• Must have to a smart and presentable appearance.
• 20,000 - 25,000 Taka.
