The Visa Processing Officer will be responsible for providing all the necessary support to prospective students & their guardians for international educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
Processing applications and data entry..
Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants.
Handover of passports to post office.
Handling of postal applications.
Sending Email & Documents to International Universities.
Achieving offer letters from International Universities.
Responsible for booking Embassy & VFS interview date.
Scanning and uploading of documentation
Tracking of passports.
Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone.
Fee collection and cash handling.
