Position: Call Center Executive

Job Nature:

Part-Time: 5 Hours Daily ( 6 Days in Weeks )

No. of Vacancy: 05

Job Location: H-Block, Mirpur 2, Dhaka

Salary Range: 6k to 8k

1 Month Probationary Period (This month's salary will be 5000 takas. )

Job Responsibility:

1. Receive Calls from Guardian & Tutors.

2. Take Required data from them.

3. Give them a proper solution if they face any problem.

4. Initial Problem Solving Skills.

5. Must have internet using skills.

6. Hard working mindset

7. Must have good behavior and comprehension skills.

Requirements:

Typing Speed Minimum 30 wpm.

Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

Candidates have to be able to work in a team, Honest, Self-motivated, Smart, and Energetic.

Additional Requirements:

HSC, Diploma or Graduate from any Reputed Institute.

Candidates must reside near the area - Mirpur 1, 2, 10, 11, 13, 14, Kazipara, Shewrapara.

Hard-working and able to work under pressure.
