Job Purpose:
Responsible for acquiring new business from potential clients.
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Responsible for new business acquisition
● Ensure daily new client visits and scale up the business by taking ownership for successful onboarding
● Establish strong, long term relationships with business owners
● Assist and train business owners to upload advertisements on
Bikroy.com
● Perform according to monthly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Conduct daily and weekly reporting to the manager
● Work on different projects assigned by Bikroy.com management
Educational Requirement:
BBA/MBA from Reputed Educational Institutions. Majoring in Marketing is preferred.
Experience Requirement:
03 - 04 Years of sales experience is preferred from FMCG, E-commerce, Sales Driven Multinational Companies, Mobile Device, MFS, Logistics etc
Required skills:
● Door to Door sales visit skills.
● Capacity to take strategic call based on the customer needs
● Experience in working in Excel & Powerpoint
● Effective written & verbal communication skill
● Tech-savvy
