• Managing Front Desk Office
• customer relation, front office client service, client meeting
front office administration
• Guest entertainment
• Handling walk-in clients
• customer relation developments of after sales
• Channeling incoming phone calls
• PABX management
• Courier/mail handling
• Office coordination
• Maintaining Manual Attendance Register
• Update Phone List of all Employees
• Any other task if any assigned by supervisor Management
• To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
daily appointment fix up of CEO
• receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer guests & Other queries,
• communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying
• attend meeting, public relation works
• attend business developments meetings with CEO
• In out register maintain & others related works as office Secretary
