Job Grade: Senior Executive
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Provide full support to the Recruitment & Selection process; Job Ad Placement, CV collection, Screening, Call for interview, Interview arrangement
• Support in Employee Joining and Exit process
• Coordination in Employer branding activities
• Coordinate in the Performance Management process of Bikroy.com as per the PMS policy and timelines
• Support in organization’s policy and process development
• Prepare different types of HR reports.
• Responsible for maintaining office environment and any administrative activities
• Work on different projects assigned by Bikroy.com management
BBA / MBA from any reputed Educational Institutions. Major in HR is required
• 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition & networking
• Strong communication & presentation skill
• Should have strong organizing skills
• Have to be multi-tasker.
• Have to be people-oriented person
• Should have skills on Google Docs, Google Sheet, PowerPoint etc.
