📌 Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle customer calls, follow-ups & messages professionally
✔️ Respond to incoming phone calls and online inquiries
✔️ Provide after-sales support and customer assistance
✔️ Manage official Facebook pages and collect leads
✔️ Maintain daily & monthly sales reports and records
✔️ Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the team
✔️ Perform any other tasks assigned by management
✔️ Understand and fulfill business customer needs
🎓 Educational Requirements:
HSC / Diploma / Fresh Graduates are welcome
🛠️ Skills Required:
✔️ Customer Support / Client Service
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Negotiation skills
📆 Experience:
Minimum 6 months / Freshers can apply
⏰ Working Hours:
Saturday – Thursday
🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
