Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Mirpur. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for communication with potential customers over the call, lead generation, account managing and sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, following up with existing client, providing information about our products, resolving client queries, and closing sales deals.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Business Development: Proven experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets.
● Market Research: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
● Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
● Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
● Reporting: Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics to senior management.
Office Time [NIGHT SHIFT]
● 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Winter)
● 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Summer)

Salary
