Work Details:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6.Take and process orders in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
8. Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
11. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
12. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
13. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
14. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
15. Excellent knowledge of English
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
17. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
18. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
19. High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
