The premises are near the Sluice gate (1-minute walking distance), all transport junction point and 15 minute’s walk from North Tower, and 2 KM from MRT. Our premises are open for 7 days, and we have flexible opening and closing hours, chiefly from 9.30 AM to 9.00 PM.
The premises is beside a beautiful lake & walking trail 1.2 KM near the building (about 30 seconds distance) and lush greenery.
The road 11 is busier than any other places in Uttara as there lots of schools and markets nearby also health wise person can the lake for walking.
The position of our premises is such that both the GAZIPUR and SAVAR industrial zone is closest.
Service charges: The service includes, Common electricity, water, Lift, Generator, Internal & External security, CC Camera, Garbage drop, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Line, rooftop garden, and two caretakers.
Construction: Our building was built by a Panel of Engineers for self-purpose and made it Richter scale-7.5 earthquake-resistant. Water reservoirs are made for a minimum of 7 days reserve in-case of emergency. We never had any issues with the water rationing so far.
