My purchase date is October 21st. I bought it directly from the official Microsoft online store in the USA as a pre-order.
**Use Case Scenario:** The brand-new item has not been opened; it is a new, intact, sealed product. It includes a 2TB Storage Expansion Card for the Xbox Series X, which I purchased separately as it does not come standard with the Xbox Series X. My apologies for the bad shipping handling.
