Online Group initially started a small business of purchasing / procuring land from an intending seller in 2006. It was established with a view to penetrate the real estate market of the country and contribute significantly to this sector of urban habitation. Accordingly, a corporate office was set up at its own property at Cosmopolitan Centre (3 rd floor), 22/2 Babor Road, Block: B, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. With the passage of time, the establishment started to grow gradually and spread its branches and activities in every possible business corner of the country. Within a very short span of time, new arenas were opening to explore. Subsequently, a few more companies were formed to start different types of business under ONLINE GROUP. At present, there are 14 (fourteen) companies operating successfully under the group to run individually by an efficient and experienced Management team. Online Properties Ltd (OPL) is one of them which is one of the most successful units of the group. OPL is engaged in the business of the real estate sector. The prime function of the company is to construct a commercial and residential complex in lucrative and viable areas of the capital city.
