Responsibilities
বর্তমান ও সম্ভাব্য ডিলার, পাইকার, বেকারি, হোটেল এবং অন্যান্য ব্যবসায়িক গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও সরাসরি মার্কেট ভিজিট করা।
EURO Flour ব্র্যান্ডের প্রচার, বাজারে গ্রহণযোগ্যতা বৃদ্ধি এবং নতুন গ্রাহক তৈরিতে কাজ করা।
পুরোনো গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে সম্পর্ক পুনঃস্থাপন এবং নিষ্ক্রিয় গ্রাহকদের পুনরায় সক্রিয় করার উদ্যোগ নেওয়া।
গ্রাহকভিত্তিক বকেয়া হিসাব বুঝে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ, সরাসরি সাক্ষাৎ ও আলোচনার মাধ্যমে আদায়ের ব্যবস্থা করা।
দীর্ঘদিনের পুরোনো বকেয়ার জন্য পৃথক Recovery Plan তৈরি করে ব্যবস্থাপনার অনুমোদন অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
গ্রাহকের Payment Commitment সংগ্রহ, লিখিত/রেকর্ডভিত্তিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ এবং নির্ধারিত তারিখে Follow-up করা।
ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ ও দীর্ঘদিন বকেয়া থাকা গ্রাহক চিহ্নিত করে ব্যবস্থাপনাকে নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট করা।
বাজারে প্রতিযোগী ব্র্যান্ডের মূল্য, অফার, পণ্যের মান, গ্রাহকের চাহিদা ও মতামত সংগ্রহ করা।
Accounts, Sales ও Management-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে বকেয়া আদায় এবং গ্রাহক সমস্যার সমাধানে কাজ করা।
প্রতিদিন Market Visit, Collection, Recovery ও Customer Feedback Report জমা দেওয়া।

Requirements & Skills
অভিজ্ঞতা
Collection, Recovery, Microfinance, NGO Field Operations, Sales অথবা Customer Relationship-এ বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
বিশেষ করে NGO/Microfinance প্রতিষ্ঠানে মাঠকর্মী, ক্রেডিট/লোন অফিসার বা রিকভারি/কালেকশন কার্যক্রমে সফলভাবে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
FMCG, Flour/Feed, Food, Wholesale Distribution অথবা B2B Sales-এর অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক/অনার্স পাস হতে হবে। তবে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে দীর্ঘদিনের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা ও ভালো Track Record থাকলে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য।
Minimum Experience
2 years
The candidate must be honest, trustworthy, responsible, patient, and courageous. Must have the mindset to regularly work in the field and meet customers directly. Communication and negotiation skills must be strong. Must have the capability to handle difficult situations professionally and find solutions by communicating with customers. Should possess a target-oriented mindset and a long-term interest in working with the organization.
Priority will be given to those with a good understanding of Feni and surrounding markets.
Incentive Benefits:
In addition to the fixed monthly salary, additional incentives will be provided based on work performance. Separate performance incentives will be determined for recovering old/long-term dues, current dues, and generating new business/sales.
That means, good performance will provide an opportunity to earn significant additional income alongside the fixed salary.
