4. Taste and Cautions
After-taste: A special aspect of stevia is that it can leave a somewhat bitter or licorice-like taste in the mouth after consumption.
Measurement: It has to be used in very small quantities. Just a pinch of stevia powder is enough to get the sweetness equivalent to one teaspoon of sugar.
