As-salamu alaykum. I live in Qatar and have come home on a short vacation. Out of affection, I brought this stove for my mother, but she is afraid and doesn't know how to operate it because she is uneducated. Even though I taught her, she still won't use it, which is the only reason for selling it. Please do not think otherwise. You can check it thoroughly; there are no problems. It still has its warranty. Since I am abroad, I don't know if the nearby showroom exists in Bangladesh so that you could fix it from there. I showed it to my mother for just two days. Now its packaging and everything, including all stickers, are intact. I am saying again that it is completely new and I brought it from abroad. If necessary, you can check my passport to see when I came back to the country. I hope you understand all my words.
