* নিরাপত্তা রক্ষা
* সাবমারসিবল তথা পানির পাম্প চালু করা এবং বন্ধ করা
* এলিভেটর / লিফট চালু করা এবং বন্ধ করা
* পার্কিং এরিয়া পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা

Minimum Qualification Requirements
এক (১) বছর চাকুরি করার পূর্ব অভীজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

A security guard is needed for full-time duty in an apartment building located in the Madhabbari Chakkar area of Gazipur Sadar (South Chhayabithi).
Salary: 12,000 BDT. After completing six months, a bonus of 6,000 BDT will be provided on each of the two Eid festivals.
Leave: Maximum of two (2) days of paid leave per month (every 30 days).
Duty Hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Accommodation: Available.
Food: Cooking facilities are available in the guard room. Food arrangement is the sole responsibility of the guard.
Additional Duties: The parking area must be kept clean.
* Must know how to turn the submersible water pump on and off.
* Must know how to turn the elevator/lift on and off.
