Site Measurement & Drawing Verification: Take accurate on-site measurements and verify architectural 2D/3D layouts before fabrication to ensure error-free furniture fit-out. Installation Supervision: Supervise the end-to-end installation of modular, office, and customized wooden furniture, maintaining high craftsmanship and company standards. Quality & Finish Control: Inspect product quality, edge banding, joinery, and surface finishes on-site to ensure zero defects before handing over to the client. Factory & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate closely with the production factory and vendors to ensure timely material delivery, tracking project timelines efficiently. Workforce & Labor Management: Manage and guide on-site carpenters, technicians, and sub-contractors, allocating daily tasks and ensuring safety regulations. Client Handover & Reporting: Address client queries during execution, resolve site issues promptly, and prepare daily progress reports for project managers.

Technical Measurement & Scaling: Ability to take precise on-site measurements and convert them into practical installation plans. Blueprint & AutoCAD Reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D/3D interior layouts, architectural drawings, and woodwork details. Furniture Joinery & Materials: Strong knowledge of woodwork, modular fittings, boards (MDF, HPL, Plywood), hardware, and edge-banding techniques. Site Supervision & Labor Management: Experience in managing carpenters, painters, and technicians while maintaining strict on-site discipline. Quality Inspection: Sharp eye for detailing to identify defects in furniture alignment, finishing, polishing, and overall craftsmanship. Problem-Solving & Coordination: Ability to resolve unexpected site mismatches quickly by coordinating between the factory and the design team.
