অফিসে আগত অতিথিদের রিসেপশন ও প্রয়োজনীয় দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান।
কর্মীদের ইন-আউট টাইম ও হাজিরা রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ।
প্রশাসনিক ও অফিস সমন্বয়মূলক কাজে সহায়তা করা।
