সহকারি সুপার ভাইজার পোস্টে এর কাজ হলো আপনার আন্ডারে তে ৮-১০ জন কর্মী থাকবে। আপনি তাদের কে দেখাশোনা করবেন।প্রতিদিন হাজিরা তৈরি করবেন, ওভারটাইম হিসাব রাখবেন, এবং কে কখন ডিউটিতে আসলো কে কত ঘন্টা ডিউটি করলো, কেউ কাজে ফাকিবাজি করছে কিনা এমনকি তাদের ডিউটি নির্ধারণ করা, এবং হাজিরা সিটের মাধ্যমে তাদের উপস্থিতি কনফার্ম করাই হচ্ছে আপনার মূল কাজ।
Requirements & Skills
বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে কথা বলতে পারলেই হবে। দায়িত্ববান এবং ধৈর্যশীল হতে হবে। বেশি বেশি কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
জেএসসি /এসএসসি /এইচএসসি পাস হতে হবে। মাদ্রাসায় পড়ালেখা করলেও চলবে।
