2-3 keys on the laptop have a problem, the touch pad ribbon is detached... but it works... if the ribbon is attached... otherwise there are no other issues... a mini keyboard and mouse will be given as a solution for the keypad... 4+8 =12 ram real buy inbox... selling it just because I will take a phone
