Full-time Job Opening Job Type: Outsourcing (Working for a foreign company from within the country) Company Name: Simple Auto Solution Positions: 1 (Customer Support Executive) Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC pass or higher. Proficiency in English is mandatory. It is better if you are not currently studying, as balancing office work and studies will be difficult for you. Address: 93/3 Block C, Merajnagar, Rayerbag, Dhaka 1362 Job Sector: Customer Service Department (You will need to communicate with people from the UK entirely in English, so proficiency in both speaking and understanding English is required, which will be verified by the admin panel through a viva or interview before starting the job.) Job Timing: Summer (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and Winter (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM). Since it is a London-based company, you must work according to their time zone. Weekly and Other Holidays: Weekly holiday on Sunday. There are no holidays on government public holidays as this is not a Bangladeshi company. However, according to London rules, you get holidays for Easter Sunday, Black Friday, Halloween, Bank Holidays, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year, etc. Additionally, 2 days of holiday for both Eids (can be extended upon discussion). Salary: After passing the interview or viva, you will undergo two months of training on customer servicing. You will receive an honorarium of 8,000 Taka per month during the training. Upon successful completion of training, you will be promoted to a permanent Customer Service Assistant position in the 3rd month with a starting fixed salary of 20,000 Taka. Bonuses are also provided for both Eids. Benefits: 1. Salary is paid within the 1st-2nd of every month. 2. The office environment is very homely, so there are no issues with food or accommodation. 3. Everyone is provided with a personal desk, laptop, mobile, and landline/telephone for work. 4. There is no dress code in the office; just wear modest clothing. 5. We do not hire female employees. 6. Facilities for prayer are available, and the company covers the cost of Iftar during Ramadan. Terms and Conditions: You will be trained thoroughly for two months, so you must commit to working for this company for at least two years; otherwise, the training is a waste of time for us. You must be honest, dedicated, attentive, and interested, which will be verified by the Service Manager and Administrative Manager present in the office. There is no application deadline.
