Responsibilities
প্রধান দায়িত্ব
নতুন Customer, Merchant ও Business Client সংগ্রহ এবং Sales বৃদ্ধি করা।
নিয়মিত Field Marketing ও Market Visit করা।
Customer/Merchant-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ ও Customer Handling করা।
Customer-এর Order/Delivery তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
নিজস্ব বাইকে Customer-এর কাছে Product/Order Delivery করা এবং প্রয়োজন হলে পণ্য/পার্সেল সংগ্রহ করা।
Sales ও Delivery Report এবং Customer Feedback নিয়মিত আপডেট করা।
Marketing Campaign ও Promotional Activities-এ অংশগ্রহণ করা।
Management-এর নির্দেশিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
Requirements & Skills
যোগ্যতা
ন্যূনতম HSC/সমমান পাস।
নিজস্ব মোটরসাইকেল ও বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বাধ্যতামূলক।
বাইক চালানোর বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Cosmetics Sales-এর কাজে ন্যূনতম ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Sales, Marketing ও Delivery-এর কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
স্মার্টফোন, Internet ও Google Maps ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা।
ভালো Communication ও Customer Handling Skill থাকতে হবে।
পরিশ্রমী, সৎ, দায়িত্বশীল ও সময়নিষ্ঠ হতে হবে।

Minimum Qualification Requirements
