Regarding the touch screen display issue, the only thing is the original keyboard stays with you, meaning this laptop's keyboard is detachable so I kept it detached and that's why it got ruined. There are no issues anywhere on the touch screen display, I used to use touch so the keyboard wasn't used and the keyboard got ruined.
