Two friends of ours bought a 3 katha plot on installments in "South Town" (Abdullahpur/Keraniganj) and the full installment amount was paid off by the end of 2023 AD. Currently, the company is asking for utility charges and registration fees according to the agreement conditions to complete the registration, but due to our current financial problems, we are unable to pay it. Therefore, if anyone wants to buy a plot in "South Town", buying it from us will save you about 20 to 21 lakh taka less from the current land price set by the company. Because we have been paying the installments for the said land since 2013 AD.
