Currently, as per the agreement terms, the company is asking for utility charges and registration fees for registration, but due to our current financial difficulties, we are unable to pay them. Therefore, if anyone wants to buy a plot in "South Town", buying it from us will save you around compared to the current land price set by the company, because we have been paying the installments for this land since 2013.
