Responsibilities
রেজিস্ট্রিভুক্ত ও লাইসেন্স প্রাপ্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান এর অধীনে দেশি বিদেশি চায়না ও ইন্ডিয়ান প্রজেক্টে, মিল, শিল্প, কারখানা, হাউজ, গার্মস, ব্যাংক এটিএম বুথ এর নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থাপন ও দেখাশোনা করার জন্য বেশ কিছু সংখ্যক সহকারী সুপারভাইজার গার্ড নিয়োগ করা হবে।
Requirements & Skills
গার্ডদের ডিউটি পরিচালনা ও তদারকি করা।
সকল গার্ড সময়মতো ডিউটিতে উপস্থিত আছে কিনা নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা পর্যবেক্ষণ ও নিয়মিত চেক করা।
গার্ডদের কাজের রিপোর্ট তৈরি করে সুপারভাইজার/কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
যেকোনো সমস্যা বা জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।
গার্ডদের নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে চলা নিশ্চিত করা।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
জেএসসি /এস,এস,সি/এইচ,এস,সি/সমমান,পাশ হলেই হবে,
Minimum Experience
1 year
Manage and supervise guard duties.
Ensure all guards report for duty on time.
Monitor and regularly check the organization's security measures.
Prepare work reports for guards and submit them to the supervisor/authorities.
Take prompt action in case of any issues or emergencies.
Ensure all guards strictly follow the rules and regulations.
