You can return or exchange the product within 7 working days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
1. Acceptable reasons: If the product is defective, torn, the wrong size or color, or if there is an issue with the elastic/drawstring.
2. Conditions: Original tags and packaging must remain intact. The product must not be used or washed and must be in a resalable condition. You must have the delivery receipt or order ID.
3. Process: Inbox us on our Facebook page with the issue. Photos or video proof of the defective part may be required. Our team will contact you within 2-3 working days to inform you of the next steps.
4. Exceptions: This policy does not apply to normal wear and tear, fading, damage due to improper washing, or if the customer selected the wrong size (exchange may be possible upon discussion).
