Responsibilities
* কাস্টমারদের মেসেজ, কমেন্ট ও ইনবক্সে দ্রুত এবং ভদ্রভাবে রিপ্লাই প্রদান।
* অর্ডার সম্পর্কিত তথ্য, পণ্যের বিস্তারিত ও কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট নিশ্চিত করা।
* প্রোডাক্টের তথ্য, ছবি, মূল্য ও স্টক আপডেট করে ম্যানেজ ও রেডি রাখা।
* টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও প্রোডাক্ট ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা।
* প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারদের সঠিক পণ্য নির্বাচন করতে সহায়তা করা।
Requirements & Skills
* কোনো বিশেষ স্কিল বা পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতার প্রয়োজন নেই।
* কম্পিউটারের বেসিক ব্যবহার (যেমন ব্রাউজিং, টাইপিং ইত্যাদি) জানলেই হবে।
* শেখার আগ্রহ, দায়িত্বশীলতা ও সময়মতো কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
