২. পদের যোগ্যতা
• ন্যূনতম শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: দশম শ্রেণি।
• স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার জানতে হবে।
• Google Maps ব্যবহার করে লোকেশন খুঁজে বের করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
• ভদ্র আচরণ ও সততা থাকতে হবে।

• Accepting and verifying orders.
• Carrying products correctly.
• Reaching the specified address by following the Google Maps link.
• Completing the delivery by matching the customer's name, phone number, and order.
• Calling the customer if necessary.
5. Customer Service
• Greeting with salam/wishes.
• Not engaging in unnecessary arguments.
• Reporting complaints to the supervisor.
