Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE)
Location: K-195/1, Flat No. 3/A (2nd Floor), Amtola Mor, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229
Salary: ৳9,000 – ৳12,000 (Based on experience and performance)
Working Hours: 8-hour shift | 6 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and IP
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions
Ensure smooth service by coordinating with the team
