Brother, there are no issues to speak of, everything is ok, it is an authentic personal phone. The only issue is a minor crack on the upper side of the display, which is not a big deal. I have been using the mobile with this crack for two months and facing no problems. The crack looks just as shown in the pictures. SIM works, you can put in your Apple ID and factory reset to check, no problem. Take it if you like it, otherwise don't.
