I have used this cycle myself for about a year. The cycle has been kept with a bit of neglect, which is why it is in this condition. The cycle is in fairly good condition, only the rear tire needs to be replaced along with the tube. The paint on the body of the cycle has peeled off slightly, but this is not a problem and is barely noticeable. Since it is a slightly old cycle, some paint peeling is normal.
