Responsibilities
• বিক্রয় ও বিপণন কৌশল প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
• সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের খুঁজে বের করা এবং তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
• কোম্পানির পণ্য বা সেবার প্রচার করা এবং নতুন সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহক (লিড) তৈরি করা।
• গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা এবং পণ্য বা সেবা সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো।
• সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের (লিড) সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের প্রকৃত গ্রাহকে রূপান্তর করা।
• বর্তমান গ্রাহকদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
• মাসিক বিক্রয়ের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করা।
• বাজার গবেষণা করা এবং ব্যবসার নতুন সুযোগ শনাক্ত করা।
• বিক্রয় সংক্রান্ত প্রাথমিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত করা এবং নিয়মিতভাবে ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
Requirements & Skills
• বিক্রয় ও বিপণন (Sales and Marketing) বিষয়ে প্রাথমিক জ্ঞান।
• ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা।
• গ্রাহকদের সাথে আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে যোগাযোগ করার সক্ষমতা।
• গ্রাহককে বোঝানো ও সামলানোর জোরালো দক্ষতা।
• স্ব-প্রণোদিত এবং লক্ষ্য-কেন্দ্রিক মনোভাব।
• মোবাইল ফোন ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের প্রাথমিক দক্ষতা।
• স্বাধীনভাবে এবং দলের সাথে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।
• নতুনরা (Freshers) আবেদনের জন্য স্বাগত।
• বিক্রয় বা বিপণন ক্ষেত্রে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা বাড়তি যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
সর্বনিম্ন H.S.C পাশ হতে হবে। Sales ও Marketing বিষয়ে আগ্রহ এবং ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।(যারা নতুন তাদের ও অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে)
