• Achieve 100% of the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company for your specific zone or circle.
• Ensure product presence in the market (Primary & Secondary Sales) and create new sales opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with zone-based distributors and ensure their orders and deliveries are on time.
• Expand the sales network by appointing new distributors and retail shops.
• Regularly monitor distributor stock and inventory to prevent product shortages in the market.
• Regularly collect information about the marketing strategies, pricing, and offers of competing ice cream brands and report to senior management.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market status updates to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) or Head of Sales on time.
