Responsibilities
বাংলাদেশ ড্রাইভিং ট্রেনিং ইনস্টিটিউট (BDDTI)-এর শিক্ষার্থীদের মোটরসাইকেল ও স্কুটার প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা।
সকাল ৬টার মধ্যে নির্ধারিত ট্রেনিং লোকেশনে উপস্থিত হয়ে ক্লাস পরিচালনা করা।
প্রতিদিন ৮–১০ ঘন্টা শিক্ষার্থীদের ব্যবহারিক ও তাত্ত্বিক প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের নিরাপদ ড্রাইভিং, ট্রাফিক আইন ও বাস্তব রোড সেফটি সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা।
ট্রেনিং বাইক পরিচ্ছন্ন ও ব্যবহার উপযোগী রাখা।
যেদিন ক্লাস না থাকে সেদিন সকাল ৯টার মধ্যে অফিসে উপস্থিত থাকা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়মনীতি মেনে আন্তরিকতা ও দায়িত্বশীলতার সাথে কাজ করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের সাথে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
Requirements & Skills
মোটরসাইকেল ও স্কুটার চালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।
শিক্ষার্থীদের ধৈর্যসহকারে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়ার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো বিভাগ, জেলা বা থানায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
সময়ানুবর্তী, দায়িত্ববান ও আন্তরিক হতে হবে।
নিজস্ব মোটরসাইকেল থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে এবং অতিরিক্ত উপার্জনের সুযোগ থাকবে।
স্থায়ীভাবে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে মোটরসাইকেল প্রদান করা হবে।
শুক্র ও শনিবার অফিস ও ক্লাস পরিচালনায় আগ্রহী হতে হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
ন্যূনতম এসএসসি / সমমান পাস।
মোটরসাইকেল চালনায় বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
প্রশিক্ষক হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার ও গুগল ম্যাপ সম্পর্কে সাধারণ ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

Hiring is underway for motorcycle and scooter instructors for the Bangladesh Driving Training Institute (BDDTI) across all divisions, districts, and thanas of Bangladesh. Interested candidates are requested to read the notice carefully and contact the head office directly with their CV. Training hours are from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Every morning, you must be present at the designated location with fuel for the training bike. Working on Friday and Saturday is mandatory as students have more classes on these two days. Weekly and monthly holidays must be taken on other days. There is an opportunity to earn a good income including incentives and tips if you are sincere and responsible towards the institution.
