Responsibilities
নির্ধারিত এলাকায় নিয়মিত মাঠ পর্যায়ে Customer ও সম্ভাব্য Customer খুঁজে বের করা।
বাসাবাড়ি, দোকান ও ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগাযোগ করে Service-এর প্রয়োজন শনাক্ত করা।
সম্ভাব্য Customer-এর তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও Follow-up করা।
Service Inquiry ও Booking সংগ্রহে কাজ করা।
Customer Referral ও নতুন Customer সংগ্রহ করা।
স্থানীয় Partner Shop/ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যোগাযোগ ও সম্পর্ক তৈরি করা।
Customer Feedback সংগ্রহ ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য অফিসে জানানো।
দৈনিক মাঠ কার্যক্রম, Lead, Follow-up ও Booking-এর রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
নির্ধারিত Area Plan, Target ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম অনুসরণ করা।

Requirements & Skills
মানুষের সাথে কথা বলা ও যোগাযোগে দক্ষতা।
মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ ও Target অনুযায়ী কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।
Google Forms ও Google Sheets-এর বেসিক ব্যবহার জানা।
স্মার্টফোন, WhatsApp ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা।
স্থানীয় এলাকা সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ন্যূনতম: SSC পাস।
ন্যূনতম বয়স: ২৫ হতে হবে।

📞 Along with mobile bill, other necessary facilities will be provided for the officers' convenience by the company.
Field Officers will be appointed for Sheba Service. You have to contact customers and potential customers in the designated area, collect leads, follow-up, service inquiry and booking creation, customer referral and build relationships with local partner shops/businesses. Daily field activities and reports must be submitted to the office. Must have a mindset for field-level work, good communication skills, and basic skills in using Google Forms, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and smartphones.
