Sales man needed

1. Achieve monthly sales target as assigned by management for Kurigram area 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry & fish feed dealers and farmers 3. Conduct regular market visits for product promotion and new dealer development 4. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage dealer credit properly 5. Provide technical support to farmers regarding Booster Feed products 6. Monitor competitor activities and report to management 7. Submit daily sales call reports and monthly sales reports on time 8. Achieve minimum 50% of monthly sales target to get full salary

1. Minimum HSC pass. Graduate in Agriculture/Animal Science preferred 2. Less than 1 year experience in Feed/FMCG sales. Freshers are encouraged to apply 3. Must have own motorcycle with valid driving license 4. Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills 5. Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work in field 6. Knowledge about poultry and fish farming will be an advantage 7. Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone for reporting 8. Resident of Lalmonirhat or Kurigram district will get preference
