Marketing & Sales / Business Development Manager

* Identify and acquire new corporate clients for security guard services. * Develop business relationships with factories, garments industries, corporate offices, hospitals, residential buildings, shopping malls, and other commercial establishments. * Arrange client meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate service contracts. * Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth. * Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Prepare regular sales reports and achieve monthly business development targets.

* 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. * Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower Supply, or B2B Corporate Sales will be an advantage. * Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close business deals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and business proposal preparation. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to conduct field visits.
