Responsibilities

Requirements & Skills
Relevant background in project coordination, agro-sales, or farm supervision. Technical Literacy, proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office and digital reporting software. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for farmer training.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Fisheries, or a related science field. Diploma: Diploma in Agriculture or secondary education certification for technical or field distribution support roles. Specialized Training: Knowledge of climate-smart farming, crop protection, or livestock management depending on the focus.
